Privacy Policy – Cerpangha Field Tech

This Privacy Policy explains how Cerpangha LLC ("Cerpangha," "we," "us") handles information in Cerpangha Field Tech (the "App"). Cerpangha LLC is a commercial food-equipment service company owned by Aaron Reed.

1. What the App is

Cerpangha Field Tech is an internal business app used only by Cerpangha employees. We use it to dispatch service calls, create invoices, sync business records with QuickBooks Online (Intuit Accounting), and take card and e-check payments from our customers through QuickBooks Payments. The App is not offered to the public.

2. Information we handle

• Customer information: business and contact names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, equipment and service details.
• Accounting records: customers, invoices, payments, vendors and bills that we sync with our QuickBooks company.
• Payment information: card and e-check payments are processed by Intuit through QuickBooks Payments. Card and bank details are tokenized by Intuit. Cerpangha never stores full card numbers, security codes, or full bank account numbers. We only keep limited details such as payment amount, date, status, and the last four digits.
• Employee information: names, login details, and work activity needed to run the App.
• QuickBooks connection data: secure authorization tokens issued by Intuit that let the App connect to our own QuickBooks company.

3. How we use information

We use information only to run our service business: scheduling and dispatching work, invoicing, collecting payments, keeping our books accurate in QuickBooks, and supporting our customers.

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell personal or business information.
• We do not use App data, including QuickBooks data, for marketing or advertising.
• We do not share data with third parties except as described below.

5. Sharing

We share information only with:

• Intuit (QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payments), to keep our books and process payments. Intuit's handling is governed by Intuit's own privacy policy.
• Service providers that host or support the App, under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to run it.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to authorized employees, and secure storage of QuickBooks connection tokens. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the information we hold.

7. Retention

We keep records as long as needed for our business, accounting, tax, and legal requirements, then delete or de-identify them. If we disconnect the App from QuickBooks, we revoke the connection tokens.

8. Your choices

Customers may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of their information, subject to records we must keep by law.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
