Cerpangha Field Tech – Request account deletion

Cerpangha Field Tech (Android package com.cerpangha.fieldtech, iOS “Cerpangha Field Tech”) is published by Cerpangha LLC for Cerpangha employees. Use this page to ask us to delete your Field Tech account and associated data.

How to request deletion

1. Email [REDACTED] with the subject “Field Tech account deletion request”, from the email you sign in with (or include that email and your name).
2. Or in the app: Settings → Request account deletion (Android), or the start screen → Request account deletion (iPhone/iPad).
3. We confirm by email within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your Field Tech sign-in account and access
• Location history collected by the app
• Push-notification tokens and device identifiers
• Photos and notes not needed for customer service records

What we keep, and for how long

Service tickets, invoices, warranty claims, and timesheet/payroll records that include your name are business records. We keep them as long as tax, employment, and warranty law or our customers require, usually up to 7 years. See our Field Tech privacy policy.
